Diluting the original sample ten times in 5 tubes, and using BioGerm nucleic acid extraction and purification reagents (magnetic bead method) and QIAamp Viral RNA Mini Kit for extraction. The extracted nucleic acids are tested by qPCR at the same time. Each gradient is performed two times per method and then taking the average CT value for comparison. Compared with Qiagen column extraction method, the extraction purity of BioGerm magnetic bead method is equivalent or even better.
